I have a frozen shoulder. My provider suggested aggressive PT. So I picked Back on Track PT. I have only been going for about 3 weeks. I feel that I'm 90 % improved already. I can put my coat on normally now with no help. The staff have been amazing to work with, and all are so personable. I was to go 3 times a week for 6 weeks. They said yesterday that I may graduate early. They are amazing !!
I cant recommend back on track enough. They really went above and beyond to get my lower back stronger and help with the pain. Super nice crew of people to help you as well.
