Unfortunately there was a big miscommunication. And I ended up paying the price. I had to pay out of pocket for sessions that should of been covered by insurance. After almost a year of no communication from this office.

I've been going to BOT for physiotherapy twice a week since I broke my foot, dislocated my knee, and tore the meniscus and another ligament in the knee back in January of 2021. Abi, one of the PTs has been instrumental in my recovery, and helping me regain my confidence. I'm a self-employed dog walker, so getting back to work weighs heavily on me. Excellent physio, I saw Abi for rehabilitation for a proximal humerus fracture. He is very personable and knowledgeable about physiology and I am making very good progress in my recovery thanks to him.

I am very pleased with Back on Track Physiotherapy Centre. I have had 4 visits at this time and am very pleased with the quality of care I have received by Abby. He is very knowledgeable in his field and has explained my situation to me very well proving the reason for my great discomfort. I had received different explanations which had been quite confusing. Barry Alleyne BSc.PT, BSc.Bio Barry is the first person to make me pain free in almost a decade . Can't thank him enough and would reccomend him to anyone. Great atmosphere also @ #backontrack and everyone is always friendly.
