Awesome place, very professional. Helped more in a year going there than the 4 years in the army with my busted knee.
I had an appointment scheduled for this evening, which was cancelled by the clinic without informing me. I only found out when I emailed to reconfirm my appointment today. I was told that a voice message was left, but I did not receive any. It’s 2024, and it’s essential to update your communication methods to include SMS and email notifications to keep customers informed about their appointments. This lack of communication is very unprofessional, and I am not willing to wait another four months for such service.
Payal is an amazing physiotherapist. I started going to her late August for treatment on a fractured collar bone and to date she has worked with me and I have almost full range of motion back. She is a very friendly, intelligent and compassionate lady. I would highly recommend her. Thank you so much Payal for helping me through my recovery. Cheers to you.
