Update: to the owner’s credit, he has since reached out to me an apologized for a particular staff member’s lack of communication which he assures me has been rectified. He has offered to look at the bike and offered an appointment to try and resolve, so I am more than willing to give him that chance. I will follow up with the outcome. Best experience ever! Such honest, nice guys who really helped me when I needed it. Fast service. They brought the car back to my job before my work day was over! Stupid pot hole blew my tire and left me stranded!! Thank you! Highly recommend! !
Zach can get busy but he will get back to you. He has done lots of different repairs to our car and always been fair and reasonable. Zach approaches life with great grace and humor.
