After meeting Kara Mason NP, I had never met a medical professional with such a calming demeanor. My problem was two -fold. Back pain, then the devastating diagnosis of Pancreatic cancer. Her concern for me was so genuine. It was so welcomed. Something that I really needed. We figured out a plan including MRI’s to determine if my back pain was caused by my cancer or was a separate incident. Something that my Pancreatic team hasn’t come to a conclusion on. Five Stars isn’t enough.
Kaitlyn is always caring and supportive. She has helped me a great deal.
My car accident was 3 years ago and in all that time, not a single "doctor" has actually listened to me or done anything at all to help me. I've completely lost faith in the healthcare system and everyone working in it so I didn't have high hopes before my first appointment here at BNPC. I was wrong and I'm glad I was.
