I have no doubt in Dr Zotti himself, however my surgery was cancelled 72 hours prior - in which I wasn't even notified, it was because I called up in regards to procedure that I found out. I can understand and appreciate appropriate reasons for cancelling last minute however the way his practice manager handled the situation was beyond disappointing. Dr Mario Zotti has made all the difference in managing my chronic back pain. He knows his stuff and is on top of all the latest medical research. As a specialist, surgeon and having lived experience, he offers great management strategies. I will continue to work with Dr Zotti and when the time comes, would only consider him to do surgery on my back.

I was referred onto this specialist by John Flynn Hospitable. Dr Mario’s office called me once they got my referral to book in an appointment but once they found out I was a DVA patient they said they were taking on anymore DVA client's. Disappointing to see specialist out there more interested in their pocket than helping veterans who served the country.
