This was the google review my husband made. ( which was deleted) I had called to speak to someone regarding this FOUR times without a response. Please educate your staff on epilepsy and different types and how it affects each person. To discredit someone while they are begging you to remove a simple blanket. This was neglect and abuse. The heavy set man almost killed me.i was having many seizures on Tuesday April 1st 2025.heat is one of my triggers.i was hesitant on getting in the ambulance,as I was too hot,and taking my clothes off.the heavy set man insisted on putting blankets on me "just until we get until we get in the ambulance he said".as we get in the ambulance I said, please help, I'm having a seizure!and he said, people dont talk when they're having a seizure.i had 15 seizures that day.also he let me suffer under those blankets because he was in c... read more
