Back Mountain Hearing was referred to me by a friend that has had hearing aids at a young age and is a patient herself. Im so glad she referred me because I have had other hearing exams and felt they weren’t as thorough after the testing at Back Mountain Hearing. Each test was explained to me and the reasons of the need of hearing aids. I would refer anyone that has hearing problems to Back Mountain Hearing. Thanks You Dr. Bloom and staff for a wonderful experience.
Went because I just wanted a baseline for future reference (getting old !) Heard of the office by word of mouth. Both the administrative person (don't remember her name) and Dr Mausteller were both very pleasant. Very pleased with the experience .If your looking for an audioligist...look no further....you will be very pleased with this office

Back Mountain Hearing Specialists are totally awesome. You can’t ask for more Professional experience and very friendly staff. This was my second visit and was just as good/friendly as the first. You will not be disappointed if you need an exam. They will explain everything in detail and was very timely with the appointment time and exam.
