Went because I just wanted a baseline for future reference (getting old !) Heard of the office by word of mouth. Both the administrative person (don't remember her name) and Dr Mausteller were both very pleasant. Very pleased with the experience .If your looking for an audioligist...look no further....you will be very pleased with this office

Back Mountain Hearing Specialists are totally awesome. You can’t ask for more Professional experience and very friendly staff. This was my second visit and was just as good/friendly as the first. You will not be disappointed if you need an exam. They will explain everything in detail and was very timely with the appointment time and exam.

Super friendly and low key environment! Dr. Bloom saw me a bit early and explained the initial findings. She even contacted me personally to work out an issue with the payor.
