Permanently injured both my knees. Can be good but too cocky and doesn't refer to any case notes. I have lifelong spinal issues and rely on my knees as I cannot bend and crouch or squat instead. He did a manoeuvre that involved pulling my legs from the ankles. I had specifically told him NOT to do this unless he could grip from above the knee as there was nothing wrong with my lower limbs but he did it anyway and by next day, knees were swollen, extremely painful and i couldn't weight bear.
