Excellent staff, very professional and personal
My problem is not with the therapy I received it is with the billing. At each visit I was told what my copay was and I paid it. Now I am getting bills because they charged me too small of a copay at the facility.
Back in Motion physical therapy has done a superb job in rehabiliting my two total knee replacements these last four months. They are very professional, friendly and caring, with all of their clients, as I have observed. I have found this experience easier to cope with due to their knowledge of my physical needs. I would recommend them to anyone, requiring any type of physical therapy, to get themselves back into the motions they are relying on for their daily lives. Sincerely and with much gratitude, B. I had a total hip replacement a year ago and was not at the place, physically, that I wanted to be in. After about 4 or 5 weeks with PT, Chris was able to figure out why I was not improving and continuing to have pain in that hip. After we adjusted my program, I am finally improving with my strength and flexibility and in a lot less pain. I highly recommend Chris, but enjoyed working with all of them.
