Hannah is the best! I sought out pelvic floor therapy in my third trimester of pregnancy when it was starting to hurt to walk. Hannah really helped me out and gave me the tools I needed to stay in shape and feel good. Because of this I had a great labor and delivery and quick recovery. I would recommend pelvic therapy to anyone who is pregnant and back in motion is a comfortable and welcoming spot to do this.
