I was referred by my doctor, and I have sent multiple emails, but I have not received a single response. I have also called repeatedly, but no one answers the phone. When I leave a voicemail, no one returns my calls. I even went to the office and tried to speak to a therapist in person, but they told me to call and leave a voicemail.
