Had a terrible back pain while on holiday in Melbourne and just happened upon Back in Motion on a walk and decided to give it a go, Zoe was amazing! One session with her and my back was fine! She knew exactly what to do to release the pain, and what advice to give for after care. She was friendly and an absolute delight. Zoe most certainly knows her stuff.
