My husband was referred to this practice as part of his Medicare Health Plan and was told there would be no charge for a set number of appointments. When he phoned to make the first appointment he was not advised of any charges. Had his first appointment today and was charged $110.00. He paid this as he assumed there would be a full rebate. Called Back in Motion this afternoon and was told that each visit would involve at least $50 out of pocket. I can't speak more highly of Back In Motion on Murray Street. I've seen a lot of physios through my 20s and 30s for treatment to do with playing sport and back pain and have realised that not all physios are the same! If you can get hold of Hamish at this practice you're in good hands. The level of professionalism, knowledge and care he's provided over the years is unmatched. I couldn't recommend him, and this practice, enough! A+++
