in 2022- 2023 I was under the care of a physio for over 12 months. It did seem to help a little but never resolved itself. He told me so many times in very complicated language that I had some serious "muscles problems" and although it was complex it would resolve eventually and that I was to trust him. I've been seeing Riya over the past two weeks for an upper back injury and she's been incredible! She worked magic with some dry needling in our first session and since then has set up an excellent streching/exercise plan to help prevent future injury. Highly reccomend Riya if you're looking for someone to fix you in both the short and long term!
I can’t recommend Kenny enough. He’s been with me from the very start of my workplace back injury, when I couldn’t even walk without pain. I’m still having treatment and slowly making progress, and Kenny has been incredibly supportive the whole way. He also makes the sessions fun and positive, which really helps on the tougher days. Thanks to his care and encouragement, I’ve gone from barely walking to being able to walk up to 15 minutes pain-free. Really grateful for his support and professionalism.
My son and I started seeing Kenny after he was recommended through our gym. He has helped us with everything from rehabing a torn MCL, to shin splints, to headaches. Kenny puts you at ease, and is clear about treatment, exercises, and his plan for you moving forward. Would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a physio.
