I couldn’t recommend Back In Line enough. Dr Lillie Jago was fantastic from start to finish, really friendly, professional and took the time to properly understand what was bothering me. I felt comfortable throughout the whole process and noticed a big difference after my treatment. The practice itself is welcoming and professional, and the whole experience was excellent. If you’re looking for a chiropractor, I’d definitely recommend Dr Lillie Jago and the team at Back In Line!
I am so happy to have found this place. I had severe shoulder pain and within a few visits this was gone. I am feeling so much better all round. They are such a good team as well. I also went to the Breathwork session this week which was such a good way to refresh my nervous system.
I’ve had such a wonderful experience with Lily and the entire team. Lily is incredibly present, intuitive and holistic in her approach. She really listens and tailors each treatment to the individual and how your body is feeling that particular day, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Her adjustments are gentle but effective, and I always leave feeling better. Very friendly and caring staff. I've been attending for several years and can certainly recommend them if you need a tune up or help with a particular ailment.
I came in yesterday after my back froze and seized up. I saw Sirimas for a Myotherapy session. She was incredible. I didn't really have to tell her what was wrong, she looked at me and kind of knew - which was incredible. Then she felt and hit every little knot, tender spot, some I didn't even know I had.
