I’ve had such a wonderful experience with Lily and the entire team. Lily is incredibly present, intuitive and holistic in her approach. She really listens and tailors each treatment to the individual and how your body is feeling that particular day, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. I came in yesterday after my back froze and seized up. I saw Sirimas for a Myotherapy session. She was incredible. I didn't really have to tell her what was wrong, she looked at me and kind of knew - which was incredible. Then she felt and hit every little knot, tender spot, some I didn't even know I had. I have been seen Dr Emily for several months and I can truly feel the change in my daily life, and every time I leave the clinic. It's a game changer, as I spent several hours seating in a desk for work and then, in the afternoon I need to prepare for a marathon. i strongly recommend her.
