After completing 3 months of physical therapy for an ankle injury, I can confidently say that choosing this clinic was one of the best decisions I made during my recovery. From my first visit, I was welcomed with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. What truly sets this facility apart is its staff. This is probably my 8th time returning to Back In Action Physical Therapy primarily for either Post Surgical rehabilitation or for multiple old age joint arthritis issues after years of playing football and rugby as a teen & young adult. Every visit has been and education of exercises and resistance use, but mostly isometric exercises which if you do your home workouts after being released from PT, you will do very well.
