I absolutely loved Carla! I felt that she understood what I was going through and took extra time to help me! She was my saving grace from surgery. I was SOOOOOO DISAPPOINTED to find out that Monday January 6th her location closed! I never received a heads up, letter in the mail, or received a phone call! I’m guessing this is another corporate business that got in over their heads but their lack of communication to patients is absolutely unacceptable! They were great until they just went out of business yesterday without notice! Reanna, Rachel, Indie and Scott were great! Have no idea who to go to. Should be illegal and against Board of Health to abandon patients the way BIA has. No notice to patients, no referral suggestions....nothing! If you go to Phoenix location, be prepared for closure. They recently closed their Scottsdale location also. Not happy :-(

Dr. Carla is beyond amazing! I have been to so many doctors/chiropractors/physical therapists for my spine pain and can truly say there is no one like her. Carla diagnosed the issue right away and has provided me with the most long lasting relief I have had in years with her magic hands and exercises. Her kindness and attention to detail are outstanding A++++I will be referring everyone I know to her.
