Dr. Williams spent two hours with me in my initial consult which is more time than every Dr. I have seen combined has spent with me over a 40yr period. He explained everything that was going to take place in advanced so there were no surprises. After the second treatment I dropped from pain level 9 to a 1.5. I never had to sit in the waiting room for more than 5 min and the staff is friendly and caring. The DRX 90 is virtually painless and I went to sleep during most of the treatments.
