I have tried physical therapy in the past but was given generic stretches and no real solution to the pain I was in. Frank took the time to really assess the issue, find the root cause, and worked with me to really engage my entire body in the healing process, creating an even greater outcome than I could have expected! I came into Dr. Frank's office one Friday in so much pain I couldn't stand up straight, I couldn't straighten my left arm, and breathing was painful. This was the result of an almost 10 year old injury that flares up now and then and leaves me in pain for a week or more.
