I have tried physical therapy in the past but was given generic stretches and no real solution to the pain I was in. Frank took the time to really assess the issue, find the root cause, and worked with me to really engage my entire body in the healing process, creating an even greater outcome than I could have expected! I came into Dr. Frank's office one Friday in so much pain I couldn't stand up straight, I couldn't straighten my left arm, and breathing was painful. This was the result of an almost 10 year old injury that flares up now and then and leaves me in pain for a week or more. Dr. Frank does a great job of figuring out why I am having pain and giving me simple steps to correct it. I thought my back was bad because of age. After an adjustment and showing me new stretches by back feels great. The first time I saw the good Doctor was over 2 years ago. Long-lasting results when you treat the problem instead of the symptoms.
