I filed a police and RICO report on Dr. Gary Helmstetler because he "adjusted" my neck after I'd explicitly asked him not to. I had an instant headache and have had numbness in my left leg since his final adjustment. He used his authority to punish me for rejecting his romantic interest towards me.
