I always get great service at New York Bagel. Plus, the best lox bagel I've had since leaving New York some 30 years ago. You can get good lox outside of NYC, only the bagels are too airy. The Back East Bakery bagels are really authentic.
Everything I've had is delicious with exception of drinks. Coffee is watered down, not strong at all, frappes are just ice and powder mixed together. The bagels and sandwiches are rwally good, which is the only thing that keeps me coming back. They all need to improve their customer service skills. They have zero skills. No one greets anyone when they walk inside or approach to order. Not very welcoming store at all. Its a shame because they could improve business dramatically if they did
New York Bagels and Omelets Place has decent bagels horrible customer service. I think they are going to far with the New York theme. The owner is rude as all out doors, I have been going to them for 1.5 years and ordering 2 dozen bagels each time with that expensive cream cheese. The woman won't even wave to me when I see her entering the store, furthermore every time I go to turn in my punch card they interrogate me as if they don't remember punching it almost daily. Honest review: Slow service, bagel was cold, and disgusting cream cheese. Atmosphere was small and billboards look like they were from the 80s. Man, I had a bad time.
