Absolutely incompetent. Should have his license removed. 1) A normal moisture reading on a hardwood interior floor is 6-10%. Do not lie to potential buyers that there is moisture damage when there is not: 2) It’s called a master switch and it’s an energy-preserving feature. If the master switch is off, then the other lights/switches that are connected to it will not turn on. This idiot doesn’t know how modern electricity works and failed an entire level of my home due to not having lights and cost me the sale of my home. ... read more
