Zach has been great. I’ve been to a fair share of mechanics over the years and Zach has by far been the best at finding and fixing the problem. He genuinely cares and takes the time to describe the issue to you. Also does a great job communicating updates. Wouldn’t recommend any other shop in the area over Back Country Auto!

Zach was great and did a timely job replacing my wheel bearing and taking care of some stripped bolts on my taillight. I didn't five five stars because I felt the price was a touch high (pay by cash or check if you can), but it was worth it knowing it was going to a small business. I will likely be back again when I need to get the other side fixed, too.
