Dr. Song has helped me resolve back pain I have had for years. While he does not do very much actual adjustments/manipulation like other chiropractors I'm used to, he has used a lot of ultrasound and cold laser therapy that has been a huge help and relief. He regularly spends 2 to 3 times longer, if not more, hands on therapy with me than any other chiropractor I've ever had. I definitely recommend giving him at least a couple of tries so you can see the real results.
Disappointing interaction - Unprofessional conduct We engaged their services with clear understanding to file claims, which despite multiple reminders, Dr Song just refused to do after I paid him upfront. He would not provide his network ID either. The treatment, to be honest was never completed but I could not get him to file claims so my insurance would pay. We left with multiple bruises (yes, from a Chiro) and feeling worse than we started.
