Everything I ordered was canceled because they did not know it was already sold- I did not find out until I got an email from them weeks later. Never trying to get anything from here again; so unbelievably unprofessional.
Recently ordered from live shows and was extremely disappointed that they did not invoice me for all the items I purchased! I have bought from them in the past and occasionally they miss something or an item is not as described; but this time I was not invoiced for several hundred dollars worth of items! So all my time and effort was wasted only to have my items get sold to someone else! I am not happy about this and doubt I will waste my time with BBPDC again.
