Darryl Sykes was rude, belittling. Let me know quickly that the music scene in town is cliquish and that I was unwelcome in it. Didn't seem interested in cultivating a business relationship. The instrument tech didn't even fulfill my order. Overall, with their sub-par customer service and limited inventory, they don't provide any incentive against ordering online or driving to Memphis for major instrument and equipment purchases.
