I wrote a review previously about how I enjoyed working with Micayla, which is still true!, but after reflecting on my experience with the Back Bay Speech office I felt I needed to change my review. Initially my appointments with Micayla were covered by my insurance, but when my insurance changed I needed to pay out of pocket. The office quoted me a rate that I signed, but after 4 appointments they told me they had quoted me the incorrect rate and subsequently charged my card for the balance. Micayla is a wonderful myofunctional therapist! She’s very kind, explains things well, and is great at assessing what exactly you need and tailoring a program to you. I enjoyed working with her!

My daughter worked with Micayla for speech therapy. She made so much progress and had a wonderful time doing it. She loved working with Micayla and was so proud to demonstrate her growth every week! Micayla did an amazing job of not making her feel like there was something "wrong" with her and also supporting her language growth. We are so thankful.
