I've had a few visits now at Back Bay and it is my first time ever doing physical therapy, so far I have found everyone I've worked with in the office and my physical therapist Shane very pleasant and accommodating and helpful. I was worried having psoriatic arthritis not much really could be done for me or I might make it angry and flare up but it is helping with my tendonitis and Inflammation in my shoulder. So far so 👍 good, looking forward to working on the rest of my painful areas and inflammation.

This is an amazing facility with incredible therapists who are very knowledgeable and informative. Very dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about patient care & wellness. The building is always staffed with trainers such as Kristin. Proper equipment avaialble for necessitated effective various forms of treatment.
