Rude and disrespectful. They showed up 20 minutes early and then got mad when I commented that it was a disruption to our day. Then stomped out like a 5 year old throwing a tantrum. So much for customer service.
Back Bay Pools did our pool and spa renovation recently and did an excellent job. It's a family owned business and owners (Mike, Gina and Josh) were wonderful to work with. They answered all of our many questions and made some recommendations when we needed help. It was a big job and a big decision for us, but after meeting them and discussing the process, we felt comfortable in hiring them. I could not be happier with my pool resurfacing experience! Mike, Gina, Josh and the entire crew we're amazing! From start to finish they were very professional, on time and definitely exceeded my expectations. No question or concern went unanswered and pricing was very reasonable.
