Very competent and efficient. Performed a wisdom teeth extraction other dentists could not do.
The level of detail and efficiency of Dr. Shokri was very impressive. She answered all of my questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted in no time at all with great instructions on how to care for the sites.
I used to go to Dr Hadidy few years back. He is an excellent surgeon. I called to make an appointment with him and requested him specifically. Also I asked at the front desk if it is going to be him, she said yes. Then I got disappointed that another doctor saw me, it was dr Shukri and she wanted to make an appointment to pull my tooth. Horrendous experience. Not only was I awake for my wisdom teeth removal after I made it explicit I wanted to be a sleep, I developed a serious infection due to a surgical mistake. I spent weeks going to appointments as my face grew to the size of a bowling ball telling the dentists something was not right. Despite the obvious severe swelling and pain, I was continuously sent home with no solution. I was so impressed with the service I was provided here. Dr. Shokri and her team are truly exceptional at what they do. I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted one week ago using local anesthetic only. I was quite nervous about having this procedure done in my late 20s when the roots of my wisdom teeth had grown in so much. I was also dealing with dental trauma from the past and had already been to a couple of offices over the years before selecting this one for my procedure.
