I love this place!!! It’s always so quiet and peaceful. The perfect place to go with my special needs child.
One can park and use the close boardwalks. If you really want to explore, prepare to hike or take bikes to go the 8 or so miles south to the NC boarder. I would go back and try out the ocean side and take bikes to explore. Cars are only allowed from the entrance to the parking lot.
