What a great company. Recently had new heat pumps, thermostats, and fans installed by Back Bay. The owner Keith, was easy to talk to and obviously knowledgeable. The installers were very professional, efficient and cleaned up after. Everyone at the office, who I was in contact with by phone or email, is very nice and helpful. Truly, I felt I was in good hands with them.
The work was done well and the tech answered all of our questions. Thank You!

Poor Customer Service. Questionable Billing Practices. After spending about $50,000 with this company, I stopped using them two years ago for my offices because of poor customer service and questionable billing practices. They would charge for work without discussing or explaining them. Then, when I tried to get more information about them, no one at the office seemed to know what the work was for, and they would not allow the techs (the people who actually did the work) to contact you directly to explain. I reached out and James and the team gave me a very reasonable quote within 24hrs. They also were able to source parts in a timely manner, when others were quoting me 6-8weeks, which was a god send when one’s AC is broken during the late summer! The technicians also super professional, Ilir moved fast with precision. He also kept the work area clean and tight, which is always a plus!
