Poor Customer Service. Questionable Billing Practices. After spending about $50,000 with this company, I stopped using them two years ago for my offices because of poor customer service and questionable billing practices. They would charge for work without discussing or explaining them. I reached out and James and the team gave me a very reasonable quote within 24hrs. They also were able to source parts in a timely manner, when others were quoting me 6-8weeks, which was a god send when one’s AC is broken during the late summer! The technicians also super professional, Ilir moved fast with precision. He also kept the work area clean and tight, which is always a plus!
Every interaction, starting with the person who answered the phone (shout out to Nicole) was professional, diligent and knowledgeable. They delivered the repair a day ahead of schedule.
