Family friendly old school resort. A bit long in the tooth, but I will be back soon & often!
This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. The front desk employee was rude from the moment we arrived. I was spoken to in a condescending tone, talked back to when asking simple questions, and made to feel like I was inconveniencing the staff simply by checking in. When I attempted to address my concerns, manager Jenny was equally disappointing. Golf, bikes, pool, gym! Love it!
Work trip and I brought my family. Very impressed by the entire experience. The two gals who work in the coffee shop were outstanding. We will make this an annual family trip
Man, oh man—I’m usually not one to write reviews, but Juan Sanchez at the Hyatt bar made what was probably the best drink I’ve ever had. His service was top-notch and truly set the tone for my vacation. Overall, I was extremely happy with all the amenities the hotel had to offer. My only complaint is that the pickleball hours could be better. Other than that, I’m one happy camper. Highly recommend!
