I also called the different number on past invoices with no response from there either. I can only do so much work to resolve this without private responses from them. When I first came to Back Back Dental it was a great experience. I lived in Fenway so it was convenient, they were easy to schedule and sent our text and email reminders, and they used technology well in the practice - pictures to track over times, etc. My teeth felt good. It was good enough that I decided to go with Invisalign with them - over an orthodontist. I continued with Back Bay Dental as I moved to Cambridge and then Watertown.
