My PT was great but the front desk was unkind regarding insurance questions. I asked about what I would be charged and they gave me an amount but in reality I was charged a lot more. I canceled my last appointment due to finances and got a $30 late-cancellation fee. When in doubt, they won’t help you with your insurance questions. They have a “you should have known this already” opinion.
