I don't have complains about the PT, it was good and my knee injury healed. However, their payment systems (https://urpt.com/payment/) online SUCKS. I paid off my bill in February 2026, and its payment system did not erase me from the list immediately, and I've gotten two additional deductions in March and in April. The customer service (1-866-518-0283) seems to not be efficient either.
