Found out: their business is now closed as of about 2019. Lloyd Back retired and moved out of state, and Jim Back is working elsewhere on contact. Also note Back Insurance only sold Grange Insurance through Columbus OH, and I still have a Grange Life Insurance Policy I purchased through this agent. I had a Life Insurance Policy which was written by Bob Hoops (now retired) in 1994 through this agency and his affiliation with Back Insurance.
