I’ve now been attending BAF for 3.5 years and I continue to grow and be uplifted at this incredible space. Over the past 3.5 years, I’ve had two more babies, one delivered vaginally and one via c-section. BAF has been pivotal in my healing from both deliveries to further my “lifelong health kick”. Absolutely LOVE the team at BAF! I just started going back to the gym after only doing home workouts for years. You won't find a gym that's more welcoming and supportive of whatever your goals are! 10/10 ❤️
I started going to BAF because of the childminding which has been good. The trainers are all welcoming and helpful. They adapt to your fitness level while still motivating. Love the classes! Definitely recommend! I look forward to going all the time :)
