Lydia is so accommodating and passionate about her work! I’m very grateful for the sessions I had with her, as they provided me with new skills and methods for handling chronic pain related to interstitial cystitis and pelvic floor dysfunction. Lydia cares about her clients and uses each session to best help the client and their needs. I practiced some basic yoga with her as well as meditation/breathing techniques. I would recommend her!

My 1:1 chakra balancing session with Lydia was incredible. Her energy was so soothing and the amazing sound bath left me feeling restored and refreshed. Highly recommend working with Lydia if you’re looking for someone that will take the time to understand your needs and craft a session perfectly attuned to you!

I’ve experienced Lydia’s private 1:1 energetic assessments (chakra balancing), restore and resonate, and sound baths and she is such a special and gifted teacher. I leave every session with released muscles that formerly held tension, I have an elevated mood, and most importantly I have an increased sense of overall wellbeing. Her voice is steady, sweet, and calming, her instructions are clear, and she really has a magical touch on her many instruments. You won’t regret taking class at Back 2 Your Body with Lydia.

I received a chakra balancing and sound healing session with Lydia and it was nothing short of incredible. Lydia is so passionate about her work and her presence is incredibly calming and grounding. Her treatment room is cozy and I left my session feeling both refreshed and relaxed. As someone is is constantly multitasking, I really appreciated how Lydia was able to hold space and allow me to truly tune out the noise of my life for one whole hour and I am already looking forward to my next session with her!
