Arrived 45 minutes late. Ruined my rug - when it dried it had brown water stains all through it. Whipped over the couch in record time and didn’t even remove basic surface stains. I didn’t realise any of this until it had dried and the shoddy work was revealed. Complaints service is non-existent. Nobody will speak to me on the phone, they direct me to an email address despite multiple attempts to speak with a representative from the company. Worst cleaning service. Carpets look much worse than they did before. They wouldn’t even reply or take phone call. Don’t use this company

Absolutely disgusting service, arrived an hour and half late and refused to honor a quoted price, then had the gumption to ask how old the carpets are in our 20 year old townhouse...simple job... Then the operator abused my partner and had head office staff call and harass us more! Disgusting service all round...give this company a big miss!! If I could give nil star rating, I would!
