The environment is so welcoming, and Dr.Chavez really sits down with his patients and wants to help them if he can, but is honest and up front. He sets up a plan day 1 and tells you how hes gonna fix you.
Worst chiropractor I’ve ever been to. The building was trashy, the doctor was rude, and the treatment was absurd. He wanted me to go in 5 days a week for 2 weeks to fix my jaw and when I said that wouldn’t work for me he began to argue with me saying I didn’t want to get better. Safe to say it was a waste of time and money and I will never be back.
I had an absolute amazing experience! The customer service was fantastic. I was immediately welcomed in and handed paperwork to fill out. I was then greeted by the doctor, he was super helpful with explaining what was wrong and what we needed to really focus on. He listened to all my questions and concerns and answered as well as reassured me. This was my first time coming to a chiropractic so he went slow and explained to me what he was going to do. I had a 10 day session with them and am extremely satisfied with the results. I had gone because I had trouble breathing through my nose and it was causing problems with my sleeping. The method used was acupuncture and this was my first time doing anything like this but I can confirm that after each session I would have a huge improvement with my breathing and I found that I was sleeping so much easier and faster than before.
