I love the gelato but my customer service experience was been horrible. The people they hire are just awful. First time here, got 2 ice creams, one for me and one for my kid. After we get our ice cream and are sitting down, I hear the server tell another family it’s “Kids week” and gave them 50% off!! I asked why I didn’t get this offer, he says “I forgot,” and that’s it. Very friendly and helpful employees! I always recommend and bring my friends here. The gelato is great too! :]
not sure if this is supposed to be authentic italian gelato but it is not great at all. it’s too sweet and the consistency is inaccurate. also, overpriced for being fake italian anyway! a better version would be Venchi, still commercial but more authentic!
