I came here because Anita gelato was closed and got heavily disappointed.. while their price points are almost the same ( $8 for a small cup) their customer service / presentation deserves 1/10 I asked for out gelato in a to go cup and have everything to go and ended up having to ask for bag, spoon and everything separately. They didn’t even include one napkin in the bag The gelato was good just not the experience you’d expect for a higher end place
Mentioned was sick with the ice cream And they didn't give any resolution
