Dr Riel has been my doctor for just about 10 years from teens to twenties. And I've had nothing but compassion, professionalism, efficiency, and good vibes from him. 10/10 thankful for a provider that cares 💜
Dr.Riel is fantastic. Compassionate and caring. Listens and never makes you feel rushed. The front of house staff can be challenging to deal with effectively. They will talk over you, not listen when you reply and can be quite rude. They would also benefit greatly from LGBTQ training when referring to people.misgendering after being corrected multiple times. Unsure if it was accidental or not as they became annoyed when corrected.
Dr. Bacily is an excellent doctor. My husband and I have been with her for a few years now. I also referred my best friend to go to her and we all are fortunate to have such a caring, supportive family physician. She is someone who calls to check on her patient’s wellbeing and I am deeply touched by her concerns and care for her patients.
She is a wonderful empathic and highly skilled doctor. Love her!
