Efficient and honest representation-highly recommend!
I would not hire Alex Bachuwa. He hid a settlement offer from me and didn’t send it to me. I had to tell him to forward the email the opposing side sent in order to become aware a settlement offer was on the table and at that point is when he finally provided it to me. He also blocked my ability to accept a settlement offer with the opposing side which I had already communicated to him I wanted to take if received. These guys are great. They handled my case and got everything resolved with next to nothing to do on my end. I just sent in the initial questionnaire. And I had 2 or 3 questions to answer throughout the process (pay attention to your email). It was a breeze.
