A+ outstanding hot tubs, outstanding service. Jeremy did a great job, and the hot tubs speak for themselves. Hot springs is a top of the line hot tub and we are very please with our purchase. I highly recommend buying from Bachman’s and investing in this salt water tub. We opted for the premium steps, and went with a limelight series - Flash. Added some lights - Govee from Amazon as well as a synthetic poly privacy fence from Sam’s club - very happy. 😊
While I did not purchase a pool from Bachmann, I did call for some set up info. Doug was so great, very informative and helpful even though we did not buy from him. Great customer service! In the future I will use them for my pool needs!
Excellent experience with Bachmann. Doug was efficient, hard working and accommodating. I had such a hard time finding a company that was willing to service my above ground pool. Thanks to Doug and Bachmann my pool liner was installed and looks amazing! Highly recommended!
We needed a crane for our swim-spa. We called our original dealer, they didn’t provide any information. My husband call Bachmann’s, left a message and he called back shortly. He gave us information. We will return to them for our future Swim Spa needs. Thank you!!
