Jill was absolutely fantastic to work with when we purchased our Hot Spring hot tub! She is incredibly knowledgeable, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and even took my calls on her day off:) What really stood out was how she went above and beyond with her customer service. She took the time to explain everything in detail. If you’re considering a hot tub, I highly recommend asking for Jill — she truly cares about her customers and it shows!
Jill was amazing. She made everything seemless. Extremely knowledgable during the sales process. But better yet, was super helpful after the sales, with scheduling and questions after install. Unfortunately that is not a given these days, but Jill was exceptional! We had a great experience and love our new sauna.
After thinking about it for many years and deciding we deserved a hot tub for Christmas, we made several trips around the area to different spa dealers/wholesalers, checked out different styles and models, did some Google research (we're experts now, right?), and finally landed at Bachmann. Jill was fantastic to work with from start to finish. She is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions without ever being pushy — truly low-pressure sales, which we really appreciated.
