John Darden is the man! Smooth as butter process with on point communication, absolutely phenomenal. Purchased a Tylo Sauna Halmstead 3. Extremely happy with the purchase and professionalism. Set up and delivery was a breeze.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Before we bought our hot tub, we specifically asked Bachmann’s Spas to send an electrician to our house to make sure everything was ready. We made it very clear that we did not want any surprise expenses after purchasing. Their electrician came out, looked at everything, and told us we were good to go. Went in here yesterday due to my pole pump seizing up. Went in here to learn more about sand filtration systems vs cartridge system (currently had). Came in explained situation, poor communication. Guy went in back prior to going in back mumbled we needed a certain system. Just walked in back, didnt explain what he was doing. Than came back Went on computer than said it will be 1400 00 we asked him for what equipment. Asked questions he couldn't answers anything. Jill was amazing. We looked at swim spas at the home and garden show but did not buy one from a competitor. We wanted to actually try it out first. We booked an appointment at Bachmann's. Brought along our daughter who actually can swim and had a great time trying them out. We purchased an X500 with a Covana cover and couldn't be happier. Jeremy did a site prep visit and installation was flawless. Jill's follow-up and step by step walk through instructions were excellent.
