We were looking for an Infra Sauna and stopped into Bachmanns after visiting another store. Jill was able to help us buy the floor model for a IS-440 which also included steam - the best of both worlds. When we had an issue with our electrical panel after delivery, she was able to refer us to Solutions Electric who quickly and efficiently solved our problems. Excellent client service before and after the sale by Jill Hackett. I would strongly recommend Bachmann’s and working with Jill.
I purchased my hot tub from a salesman that was not available on the day I took delivery and when I called with questions, Jill was more than happy to help me. She has continued to be very helpful even though she didn’t receive commission on the sale - which to me, speaks volumes! She responds to texts, and is always willing to help! She is amazing and I would strongly recommend her if you are looking to purchase as she will take care of you!
We looked several places before purchasing a hot tub and traditional sauna from John at Bachmann Pool and Spa. John, our sales rep, provided exceptional, no pressure guidance during our visit. He was really knowledgeable and fun to work with. After a month with our products, we are very pleased with our purchase. Jill was great to work with. She is knowledgeable and available all the time for questions considering I am a new hot tub owner. She even answered my texts while out to dinner for her birthday! That's service!!
