CALL CUSTOMERS BACK!!!! Two weeks after I was promised the last part would be here and I haven't heard from them. I will have to go back to calling them to bother them into giving me a straight answer and FINALLY have my car back to 100%
Dannys customer service maybe polite but his nonchalance about etas and quality of the work is terrible. The center is inefficient and priority levels are given by income made instead of drop off to eta. No consideration to the income lost by the customer because bachman doesnt prioritize that vehicle high enough on the list. Quality isnt even a word at this shop.
Do work right the first time
This new location is unreal. It feels like a 5 star resort. I was blown away and my Lexus looked amazing. This is A+++
