Do not use this company. They said that they can't repair my unit , they said that I can't put new gas burner and logs in my fireplace . When I asked if I could convert to electric logs they said maybe . They sell electric logs and they don't know!!!! They make excuse after excuse . You call a company For solutions , not excuses! Furthermore, their idea of a "free estimate" is a telephone call. Lastly , they said my unit does not meet code ,however, I am sure it is grandfathered and can be repaired.
