Extremely disappointing experience as a former tenant! I’ve been trying for months to get a refund check reissued after the original expired, and have received zero resolution. Emails go unanswered, phone calls are ignored. It’s been nearly a year — completely unacceptable. Would not recommend renting here based on how poorly they treat past tenants.
