It has been almost half a year since I’ve moved out and I still have not gotten the deposit refund. I have called and emailed multiple times and they kept telling me different excuses. And now they have stopped responding. I cannot stress enough how much I dislike Bachenheimer. The only positive was their maintenance workers, they were amazing.
Very nice area! Everything you need is within walking distance, no need for a car at all! The staff and maintenance team are absolutely wonderful!
Excellent location close to Cal Berkeley, surrounded by a lot of restaurants, near to public transportation. Spacious apartments, nice rooftop
